Colby Nolan

Registered Associate Marriage & Family Therapist (In-Person & Telehealth)

You deserve to feel connected to yourself, to others, and to the life you are creating.

Feeling disconnected can make it hard to understand or express what you need. During periods of change or relationship strain, pulling away may feel safer than risking being misunderstood. Therapy offers space to explore what is happening beneath that distance so you can move toward deeper connection.

My approach is collaborative and grounded in the belief that you already hold valuable strengths and insight. I will not tell you who to be or what your life should look like. Instead, we will work together to make sense of your experiences and find ways of responding that feel authentic to you.

I am experienced with children, teens, and adults in bereavement care, community mental health,

local schools, and private practice. My work in grief has taught me how major life changes can

shape the way people understand themselves and connect with others, and the importance of

giving each person space to move at their own pace.

You can expect sessions to feel compassionate, supportive, and tailored to your needs. I would

be honored to help you build greater confidence in yourself and more meaningful connections

with others.

Approaches I draw from include:

● Person-Centered Therapy

● Narrative Therapy

● Strengths-Based Therapy

● Behavioral Activation

● Mindfulness and Somatic Techniques
