Claire Kiffe
Registered Associate Marriage & Family Therapist (In-Person & Telehealth)
People aren’t two‑dimensional, and neither is the work.
We’re shaped by our early attachments, our environments, and the patterns we learned to rely on. Sometimes those patterns no longer support us in the ways they once did, and it can feel hard to shift them on our own.
My approach is grounded in relational psychodynamic therapy because I believe the therapeutic relationship itself can be a powerful part of healing. I’m a reflective and curious person by nature, and my style is direct, calm, and engaged. I’m interested in understanding how you make sense of your experiences, and I aim to create a space where you can explore them at a pace that feels steady and supportive.
MY BACKGROUND & APPROACH
I work with teens, adults, and couples navigating a wide range of experiences, including:
Anxiety
Depression
ADHD
Autism
Trauma
Attachment challenges
Relationship concerns
Eating disorders
I also integrate tools from CBT, DBT, CFT, and other modalities when they’re useful, but I don’t take a one‑size‑fits‑all approach — the work is tailored to who you are and what you need.
My hope is that therapy feels like a place where you can come as you are, develop a deeper understanding of yourself, and build new ways of relating that feel more aligned with the life you want to live. I want clients to choose this work because it resonates with them, and to feel that the space we create together supports their own growth and insight.
