Lindsay Delp

Registered Associate Marriage & Family Therapist (In-person & Telehealth)

Through my own experiences with trauma and insecure attachment, I've come to understand how deeply loneliness, emotional overwhelm, and disconnection can affect the way we experience ourselves and the world around us.

Above all, I want to create a space where you feel genuinely safe, seen, and understood, where you can be fully yourself without fear of judgment or feeling alone in what you're going through.

Together, we'll explore your emotional world and the experiences that have shaped it.. My hope is to help you find meaning in your struggles, transform painful experiences into sources of strength, and develop the awareness and tools to create lasting change.

Ultimately, my goal is to help you heal from past wounds, strengthen your ability to regulate your emotions, feel more grounded and safe in your body, and develop a deeper connection with yourself so you can move through life with greater presence, freedom, and authenticity.

You’re tired of carrying so much on your own and feeling disconnected from yourself and the world around you, longing to feel safe in your body, secure in your relationships, and fully present in your life.

MY BACKGROUND & APPROACH

My approach is trauma-informed, attachment-focused, and grounded in the mind-body connection. Together, we'll explore how your emotions show up in your body, develop skills to help you regulate them, and deepen your understanding of how past experiences and relationships have shaped the way you feel and respond to the world around you.
