Registered Associate Marriage & Family Therapist (In-Person & Telehealth)

Alex Holdom

You’ve been holding it together for awhile now.

You show up for others, get things done, and try to keep going—but under the surface, you’re overwhelmed. Maybe it’s anxiety that won’t quiet down, a deep exhaustion from always managing everything alone, or relationship patterns that leave you feeling unseen and disconnected. You want to feel more grounded and like yourself again, but you’re not sure where to start.

Many of the people I work with are navigating the lasting impact of trauma, complicated family dynamics, burnout, or identity shifts. Some are caretakers, educators, or helpers who are so used to being the strong one that asking for support feels foreign. Others are trying to untangle emotions and experiences they’ve never had the space to process.

I offer therapy that goes deeper than surface-level solutions. I help clients slow down, explore the roots of their struggles, and reconnect with the parts of themselves that have been buried by survival mode. My goal isn’t to fix you—because I don’t believe you’re broken—but to support your process of making meaning, building trust in yourself, and creating real, lasting change.

MY BACKGROUND & APPROACH

I’ve worked in schools, crisis response teams, and community-based mental health settings, supporting adults through trauma recovery, substance use, attachment wounds, and major life transitions. I’ve seen how early experiences shape how we move through the world—and how deeply healing it can be to revisit those stories with curiosity and compassion.

My approach is relational, reflective, and rooted in trauma-informed care. I bring warmth, honesty, and a systems lens to our work together. You can expect a space that is collaborative and grounded, where you’re met as a whole person—not a list of symptoms.

If you’re ready to stop doing this all on your own, I’d be honored to walk with you.
